Beet kvass (say it with us: kuh-voss) is a traditional fermented beverage made from sliced beets that has provided daily gut health support to Eastern Europeans for centuries, including our Polish ancestors.

We love beets, but they aren’t everyone’s cup of tea, so we expanded the expression of kvass in fun new ways using carrots plus pressed juices. Now we can invite more friends to the probiotic party!
