Kvass (kuh-voss) has provided Eastern Europeans with daily gut health support for centuries (including our Polish ancestors).

We’ve reimagined this beneficial beverage for a new generation, using fresh California-centric ingredients + seven probiotic species.

Is it like Kombucha?

A bit, but with some important differences.

Biotic Kvass has a light and crisp taste (no vinegar bite) and far less sugar than the average kombucha.

Our Kvass is fermented from sliced beets or carrots (+ juices for yummy flavor), instead of cane sugar and tea.

This allows for much more local sourcing, with 85% of our ingredients (by weight) grown in California.
